Account issues: FB login and lost progress

Some players may encounter issues with logging in their accounts connected to Facebook.

If you are using Facebook on mobile via a web browser:

1. Go to https://m.facebook.com/ and open the hamburger menu

 

2. Scroll down to "Report a problem"

 

3. Select "Gaming"

 

4. Paste the following text into the text field, then tap "Send".

2. Click on "Report a problem"

 

3. Click on "Something went wrong"

4. Click on "Don't include in report"

 

5. Choose an area → "Gaming"

6. Enter the text below into Details, then click on "Submit"
